This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Zealthix Technologies HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. fulfils orders for services and, where applicable, physical products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
Service Fulfilment
Service orders are fulfilled by empanelled health providers through qualified technicians, phlebotomists, or trained staff. The fulfilment schedule is confirmed at the time of order placement and is subject to provider availability and applicable operational norms.
A delivery confirmation for service orders is sent to the registered email address associated with your account. If you encounter any issue with a service delivery, please contact our helpdesk immediately using the details below.
Physical Product Orders
Where physical products are ordered through the Zealthix platform, the following terms apply:
- All physical product orders are shipped exclusively via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
- Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date specified at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are subject to the norms and constraints of the courier or postal service used.
- All orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order.
Liability for Courier Delays
Zealthix Technologies guarantees handover of physical orders to the courier or postal service within the 0–7 day window (or the agreed delivery date). However, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal service, or any circumstances beyond our control once the order has been handed over to the logistics partner.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our helpdesk. We will initiate a trace with the courier and provide an update within 2 business days.
