Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zealthix Technologies HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The terms below describe when cancellations are accepted, how refunds are processed, and how to raise a complaint.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this window may not be entertained.

However, a cancellation request may not be accepted even within the 7-day window if the order has already been communicated to the relevant vendor, merchant, or service provider and they have initiated the process of fulfilment or shipment.

Orders in Progress or Completed

Zealthix Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for orders that are already initiated, in transit, or completed. In such cases, a refund or replacement may still be considered if the customer can establish that the quality of the product or service delivered was not satisfactory or did not meet the agreed specifications.

Improper Delivery or Inaccurate Results

In the event of improper delivery of services or inaccurate results, please report the issue to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. To be eligible for review:

  • The complaint must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
  • The health provider or relevant partner will be asked to independently verify the issue before any remedial action is taken.
  • Once verified, our Customer Service Team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.

Product or Service Not as Described

If you believe the product or service received does not match what was described or does not meet your reasonable expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving it. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision, which may include a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

To raise a complaint or cancellation request, please email admin@zealthix.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photographs where applicable.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by Zealthix Technologies, it will be processed to the original payment method within 6–8 business days of approval. The exact credit date may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
